Because acneic skin is not necessarily oily it's still important to not over dry the skin. If you over dry the skin the natural reaction of the skin will be to over react and produce excess oil in an attempt to correct itself. - Special Note ... Acne Solutions - Clarifying Oil should not be used as part of formulations manufacturing because the active will be too diluted, instead use our concentrated oil, ClearSkin, to deliver active levels of treatment.

* Anyone who is sensitive to salicylic acid should test this carefully. In some cases your customer may need to acclimate their skin to tolerate that salicylic acid and should start with every other day treatments for the first couple of weeks and then progress to daily application and only then progress to twice daily applications. In most cases a salicylic acid treatment will eventually resolve the acne condition and those customers should start to move toward maintenance rather than treatment.
