Expedited Processing

When you have elected to ship your order via overnight or 2 day shipping the website will automatically apply complimentary expedited processing to those orders and they will post the next business day. If you need your order to ship the same day then you will still need to add Same Day Expedite to the order. This is a courtesy that is offered in consideration of the fact that you have already invested in faster service and we don't want our customers to pay for that service twice even though the extra shipping is charged by and paid to the carrier.

With every order the website offers an automated shipping estimation of the expected turn around time for your order to ship. Expedited processing has no impact on transit time.

We are now offering three levels of expedited processing, related to standard carrier orders, for our customers who have an urgent need to receive their order.

This is not a guaranteed service because it is not always possible, depending on the number of orders in the system and the order itself, however, we will do our absolute best and any failure to meet our promised service will automatically be refunded. In the case of a failed Same Day Delivery we will drop the Same Day Expedited Processing service to Regular Expedited Processing service so the order will ship the next business day and we will refund the difference. All order packing is handled on a first come first served basis and we can not bump orders to handle an expedite request. The fee covers the additional work / staff necessary to accomplish the expedited handling request along with our other orders.

Regular Expedited Processing ... With Regular Expedited Processing we will ship the order sooner than is estimated.

Same Day Processing ... With Same Day Expedited Processing we will make your order ready to pick up or ship the same day. Our shipping day closes at 1P and any orders using Same Day Processing will be made ready to pick up or ship with the next business days orders.

Same Day (High Order) Processing ... With Same Day (High Order) Expedited Processing we will make your order ready to pick up or ship the same day even during our busy seasons. Our shipping day closes at 1P and any orders using Same Day (High Order) Expedited Processing will be made ready to pick up or ship with the next business days orders.

Expedited Bulk Pickup and Expedited Freight Pickup ... With Expedited Bulk Pickup and Expedited Freight Pickup we will make your order ready for pickup sooner than is estimated.  Neither is a same day service.  If you need same day service, and it is available at the time of your order, then you will need to add Same Day Processing to your order as well. 

Expedtied Production ... With Expedited Production, with pre-approved details, we will make changes to our scheduling to accommodate your urgent need for cosmetic bases.  The time frame will be determined, on a case by case basis, at the time of the order.

All expedited processing is an automated service item and you do not need to do anything else other than to check with us first before ordering the Expedited Production.   This service must be pre-approved and terms with regard to timing will be determined at the time of the order.

NOTE:: Expedited Processing can not be applied to international orders and will not have any impact on out of stock bases as those bases will still have to be produced based on the regular schedule.
