Lemon Verbena Hydrosol
Lemon Verbena Hydrosol is from a distillation from the leaves of the wild crafted plants also known as Lippia citriodora. The scent is absolutely amazing, with fresh lemon notes and a very slight sweet note. Lemon Verbena is known to be intoxicating and the hydrosol delivers the same impact though in a much more gentle and delicate balance. In Aromatherapy it is prized for it's anti-microbial benefits and caution is advised with the undiluted essential oil due to high citral components making the more gentle nature of the hydrosol much more attractive. In skin care it is best suited to oily skin and makes a wonderful addition to body care products geared toward skin clarity.
Lemon Verbena Hydrosol is great combined with Lavender Hydrosol to help balance combination to oily skin. The lack of fruity or floral notes makes Lemon Verbena Hydrosol a great choice for unisex product lines, especially combined with Rosemary Hydrosol. To help oily skin types try combining with Neroli Hyrosol. PROPERTIES - anti-septic
